Interlink Polytechnic, Ijebu-Jesa, Osun State is a private, legal citadel of learning. It takes its origin from INTERLINK COLLEGE OF TECHNOLOGY & BUSINESS STUDIES (ICTBS), which is situated in the Stratford, East London . United Kingdom. .
Over the years, ICTBS has built an enviable reputation for itself in the delivery of a wide range of academic, professional and vocational qualification in Management, Business and Computer Technology. The Institution (ICTBS) is in collaborative partnership with Newham College for Further Education, London , the British AccreditationCouncU, (BAC) Oxford , Cambridge and the Roval Society of Arts (OCR), City & Guides as well as Trinity College United Kindom and Christ Church Canterbury University . The two universities accredit ICTBS up to the Master of Business Administration (Doctorate) level. Interlink College of Technology & Business Studies also partners with the University of London in the delivery of its external degree programmes.
The successes of ICTBS, London and three other factors informed the decision to set up a similar but bigger tertiary institution in Nigeria. These are:

Interlink Polytechnic, IJebu-Jesa, is situated on the hill-top at Km 1, Ado Ekiti road in Oriade Local Government area of Osun State.Covering a land mass in excess of 50 hectares, the campus is within a five-kilometer radius to Olashore International School, lloko, a renowned private secondary school and Osun State College of Technology, Esa-Oke. The establishment of Interlink Polytechnic in this vicinity is a conscious attempt at creating a symbiotic relationship that would promote learning and research among the student- beneficiaries. Undoubtedly, Interlink Polytechnic belongs to the class of institutions of higher learning which commenced its academic programmes from its permanent site right from Day one.. The usual practice is to take off from a temporary site in rented apartments. The obvious disadvantage is the lack of needed facilities for tertiary education at these temporary sites.
On the Ijebu-Jesa, Ado Ekiti road, a dual carriage way leads into the main campus. Immediately after the gate-house is the Administrative block erected on the highest terrain on the land mass. From this high plain, one gets a panoramic view of the entirecampus and beyond up to the periphery of the township.
Close to the Administrative block is the Power House which accommodates the transformer, the electricity generator plant, the switch gears and other sundry electrical equipment. Sharing the same vicinity with the Administrative block is the site of the 120-meter deepindustrial borehole which provides clean, crystal -clear, spring water for the use of the academic community. The fire house completes the number of facilities earmarked for this services cluster.

Administrative BlockSporting activities take prominence in the scheme of things. Provision has been made in the master plan to have a volley & basketball court; an indoor games hall, a football pitch with covered pavilion and a lawn tennis court.
Meanwhile, arrangements have been concluded with the authorities of Ijebu-Jesa Grammar School , Ijebu-Jesa to use the schools football pitch for students. The school has graciously approved the request. In addition Osun State Sports council has approved the useof Ijesa Sports Stadium for all our students sporting activities.
Other services that will be provided are a health centre, residential hostels for students, staff club, mini market and recreational park.
